My only advice would be to firstly get at least a 350cc vehicle to enable you to get up. The hills, and secondly, check the weather before you travel; when it rains, it certainly rains. We had a storm on one of our days that made the roads turn to rivers. Personally we found it great fun, but got very wet, and had dirty clothes.
